Often people ask us what we do each day in our wedding office.  Maybe they think we play WI or just listen to our favorite band, THE DAYLIGHTS (go to our sons band website at:   www.myspace.com/thedaylights ) but we actually sell, plan and coordinate many WEDDINGS each year on Maui. Most of you may just imagine us on the beach with a couple and making sure that they have remembered to bring their marriage license and wedding rings.  However, much of our work is done on the phone booking vendors and ensuring that every detail is arranged for THE BIG DAY!  We spend many hours behind our computers and talking to our brides and grooms as we assure them that they are well taken care of and answering even the simplest of questions such as: 

What kind of flowers are available for my bouquet?  Can we have chairs on the beach? Why is a beach permit required in Hawaii?  Why do you suggest we arrive a few days prior to the ceremony?  Are beach wedding locations more crowded on the weekends?  What if my mother wants to read a poem?  (And on and on and on!) 

Honestly, we love these questions and are happy to discuss these and more with our clients because they provide them with  ”stress free” planning.  Over the past five years as owners of Dolphin Dream Weddings we have become more experienced and hopefully a bit more WEDDING WISE with each one.  Do we ever hear a new question?  ABSOLUTELY!
